Dr  Karel (Karl) Nolles  is an experienced energy and finance executive and  academic and is an Adviser with Aton Consulting.    

He was a founding member of the Macquarie Capital Climate Change and Utilities team and  Macquarie  Global Investments (2007-13).

He has a PhD in Energy Economics and Electrical Engineering, and was a Senior

In  2019 he was appointed as a Visiting Professor at the Joint Graduate  School of Energy and Environment at King Mongut University in Bangkok.

 Dan Brown is a investment banking, private equity, and venture capital leader with cross industry work experience in start-ups to large investment organizations in Australia and USA. 

He served on Macquarie Group's Global Investment Division management team focused in agriculture, environment, and real assets. Dan then  joined the leadership team of OFX(Macquarie company) from post acquisition to ASX IPO.  In addition to the private sector Dan was the Principal Investment Manager for the Queensland government in North America facilitating $450m USD in foreign direct investment into Queensland.
Dan holds a Bachelors of Science (Business Administration) from The Citadel and is a Graduate of Law from the University of Sydney. He is a graduate of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Program at Columbia University.

 Dr. Liz Heagney has 20+ years’ experience as an economic analyst and program manager for government and private sectors, and is an Adviser with Aton Consulting.
She previously led the Economics and Advanced Analytics team within the New South Wales Department of Planning and the Environment. Through the course of her career she secured more than $1B in funding for environmental projects in Australia. Her work is inclusive of environmental and development projects in Australia and the Pacific, including the farming, fisheries and forestry sectors. 

Liz holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Environmental Science, Hons 1), Bachelor of Arts (International Economic Development), and a PhD in Ecology from the University of New South Wales.

Anthony Hogarth is an experienced director and senior executive with commercial, operational,  and legal experience at blue chip organizations in London and Sydney.
He served as an Associate Director and lawyer within the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets division advising on funds and asset management across the infrastructure, agriculture and cleantech/renewable energy sectors. Following Macquarie, he served  as General Counsel of the Supercars Group of companies under ownership of Archer Capital.  Anthony also served  at Botany Group as Commercial Director with responsibility for M&A, special projects, proprietary brands, and legal issues.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney. He is a graduate of the
Emerging COO Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Tony Corcoran is a senior lawyer and legal advisor with broad financial institution experience including serving as General Counsel for Macquarie Group's Banking and Financial Division. Tony brings years of deep legal expertise and capabilities include establishing trust with stakeholders, interactions with regulators, managing disputes , complaints, whistle blowing, establishing business units in new countries and structuring and launch of new or innovative financial products.  In addition to Macquarie Group, Tony served as the APAC General Counsel of RBS based in Asia during the RBS led hostile takeover of ABN AMRO Bank NV. The takeover, valuing ABN at circa USD $100bn at the time, was the largest takeover in banking history. Tony also served as Managing Director of Allen & Overy, and Managing Principal of Allora Helidon Partners.  Tony's career has included posts in Sydney,  Hong Kong and London.  Tony holds both a Bachelors Degree of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), from The University of Queensland.
